Multibanka – ЕС или СCСР (история одного диалога)

Клиент Multibanka который является таковым вот уже почти 5 лет, не смог договориться с банком, хотя как минимум мог рассчитывать на лояльное отношение к нему как к «старому Клиенту»

В ответ на предложение принять оригинальный документ Certificate of Incumbency выпущенный по их требованию, банк отказался это делать, потребовав вместо это апостилированную копию документа, а также заблокировал все движения по счету до факта предоставления этого документа. Юридический отдел в лице его начальницы повел себя, более чем странно. Помимо высказываний на повышенных тонах то, соглашаясь принять документ, то тут же отказываясь это делать и в ответ на возможное, в таком случае, со стороны Клиента, прекращение сотрудничества Банк выразился буквально: Это Ваше право делайте, что хотите!

Видимо юр отдел банка немного перепутал вступление, в ЕС подумав что это СССР.
