Штрафы в Великобритании
Королева Великобритании 22 июля 2004 г. одобрила новый финансовый закон (Finance Act), который, в частности, предусматривает, что британские компании будут подвергнуты штрафу, если в течение трех месяцев после начала осуществления коммерческой деятельности они не сообщат об этом в налоговое ведомство.
Новые условия будут применяться не только к недавно зарегистрированным местным компаниям, но и к зарубежным фирмам, приобретающим резидентный статус в Великобритании, а также к тем фирмам, которые были не активными (dormant), но начали торговую или инвестиционную деятельность.
Размер штрафа составит £300, плюс £60 за каждый последующий день просрочки.
